Sales Co-Ordinator is required for a specialist industry leading company who have gone through and are continuing to go through huge growth. Based in Derby, this is a great opportunity for a Sales Co-ordinator who wants the next step in growth and progression.

This role is working on-site in Derby Monday to Thursday 7.00am - 3.30pm and 7.00am - 12.00noon on a Friday. In reward you will be paid a salary up too £27,000 p.a. plus 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension, private dental, private medical plus lots more.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will support in ensuring a professional approach to managing routine client enquiries, sales processing and sales administration for all appropriate customers. The role will predominantly be Derby based but there is an expectation for this role to spend time out of the office with clients and at industry events.

Sales Co-Ordinator main responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain alliances and partnerships with a number of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee day to day customer requests.
  • Identify and manage appropriate new opportunities from existing workstreams and customers.
  • Oversee flowthrough sales items and process.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities meet the required levels of margins and risk tolerance.
  • Inform the production team of sales volumes and expectations in order to ensure client demand and timings are balanced with internal constraints.
  • Registration, management and monitoring tender and sales portals for opportunities relevant to market intelligence.
  • First point of contact for all relevant customers.
  • Interaction with customers on a regular basis in respect of answering queries, pro-active contact check in and facilitating dialogue where required.

The successful Sales Support Co-ordinator will need:

  • Experience as a Sales Support Co-ordinator or Account Manager
  • Ability to forge strong working relations with all stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Enthusiasm for Sales and the drive for progression
