Recruitment Branch Manager is required for one of the UK's leading Engineering Recruitment Consultancies in the UK. Based in stunning offices in Northampton, you will be able to enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working within an experienced team who are all about growth.

We are looking for Recruitment Manager who is looking for a refreshing change, in reward you will be paid a basic salary of up to £60,000 p.a. plus car allowance, uncapped commission, guaranteed bonus for the first 3-6 months and unlimited paid holiday….yes paid!!

You will also be included in quarterly and yearly rewards which include trips abroad and evenings out!

Your Role:

As Recruitment Branch Manager with an engineering/industrial background, you'll have the opportunity to develop your own desk from warm leads and new business as well as leading a small but high performing team with the long-term plans to grow.

Recruitment Branch Manager Profile:

· Team leadership or management experience.

· Experienced in recruiting within contract/interim and/or permanent solutions.

· Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing or Technical recruitment.

· Passion for Client Relationships.

· Positive energy, growth mindset and driven.
