Job description
Branch Manager (Recruitment) - Education is required for an award winning, well established leading education recruiter based in Cheshire area. You will thrive from leading by example, motivating, developing and inspiring a great team of successful recruiters.
You'll be joining and leading a friendly and lively bunch of recruiters who strive to place the best teaching talent across various local areas within nursery, SEN, primary and secondary schools.
As a billing Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for a team of successful Recruitment Consultants (5) and have the full support and guidance of senior management. This is a billing role, so you will need to have a successful track record of agency recruitment and ideally have some management experience in education, healthcare, social care, industrial agency recruitment.
Based in the office near Nantwich, Cheshire you'll work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 4.30pm with reduced hours during the school holidays. You will also be able to work 1 day from home bi-weekly. You must be a driver with your own car as visiting your schools and vetting your candidates thoroughly is a must.
Education Branch Manager duties:
- Leading from the front to develop business alongside your team.
- Developing and implementing branch sales plans to deliver the required results alongside conducting regular sales and operations meetings
- Conducting regular 121s and team briefs including information about sales goals, KPI's, campaigns and other relevant information.
- Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.
- Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity.
- Running your own successful desk covering Staffordshire or West Midlands.
- Working to ensure all staff receive the best possible development with the support of the internal L&D team.
- Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Ensure compliance and industry standards are upheld and met.
