Contracts and Compliance Consultant - Recruitment Industry

As a Contracts and Compliance Consultant, you'll oversee recruitment operations, support the sales team, manage critical contracts, and ensure our global processes align with industry standards and legislation.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the issuance, review, and management of client and contractor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with IR35, Right to Work checks, and local working regulations.
• Support the sales team by maintaining CRM systems, producing compliance reports, and managing SharePoint files.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing seamless customer service to contractors and clients.
• Manage administrative tasks, including client on-boarding, timesheet portal setup, and contractor care.
• Drive efficiency by refining processes and contributing to a culture of excellence.

• Experience in contracts and/or compliance within recruitment, ideally internationally.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with clients, candidates, and third parties.

• A passion for maintaining integrity and trust in all interactions.
• Knowledge or understanding of the UK and Europe markets.
• Knowledge of global recruitment practices and project management experience.
