Business Support Coordinator - Recruitment

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to provide comprehensive support to our UK and Europe teams. This role combines sales support, contracts compliance, and administrative expertise to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do:

Contracts & Compliance:

  • Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global standards and legislation.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding, working models, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain CRM and SharePoint systems to ensure audit-ready accuracy.

Sales Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, including C-Suite executives.
  • Generate key business reports, manage team calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Organize office systems and client-facing tasks, such as meeting room management and correspondence.

Finance Administration:

  • Facilitate client onboarding, manage invoicing processes, and track deal progress.
  • Handle expense reconciliation, credit card reporting, and payment tracking.

Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate on branded collateral, email campaigns, and social media projects.
  • Plan team events and contribute to presentations and updates.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, contracts, or compliance, with a focus on UK and European markets.
  • Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and compliance standards.
  • Project management experience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
