Simon Hogg

I’ve run my own consultancy for over 15 years, specialising in sales and commercial recruitment. During this time, I’ve built and managed teams within this space. I’m a proud dad of two children and like to keep fit—I’ve run two marathons, several half marathons, and multiple off-road 10Ks.

A keen boxing fan, I enjoy watching matches, training, and coaching. I also have a passion for music and love DJing in my spare time. Personal development is another area I’m deeply interested in.

I was really drawn to the opportunity at Auxo to help manage, support, and grow the Commercial team. I’m excited by the vision for both the Commercial team and the wider business!
