Marc Feher

​I am proud to lead the Auxo Group business in Africa. We are headquartered in Durban, South Africa. I will soon be entering my 5th year with Auxo, having been part of the initial team that launched the SA company in late 2020. We have experienced substantial, staff headcount growth and now have teams in most areas of the business.

We deliver a specialist business & recruitment support service for Auxo Group. My role as Director is to lead & oversee the operational & commercial functions of the business. Part of this is to ensure I am recruiting a bespoke, highly qualified, diverse team, able to deliver for each of our businesses, clients and candidates across the globe. I take great pride in doing this, delivering a best-in-class BPO offering and creating opportunities for South African staff to work on an international platform. 

My previous role as an MD in the financial sector as well as a decade or two of sales leadership experience, predominately in the pharmaceutical & surgical industries, have taught me the value of strong people relationships. In a business like Auxo, the foundation to success always starts and ends with people, be they candidates, clients or colleagues. I have been fortunate to have worked both locally in South Africa as well as for several years internationally. On any given day you will find me focusing on the commercials, working on a project or collaborating with the leadership of our business, hiring managers and colleagues to constantly refine and develop our service offering. 

Outside of work I am a proud father to two teenage daughters who "own" my life and will always be my greatest achievement. When I am not spending time with them you will find me on the golf course, watching a rugby game or enjoying the great outdoor lifestyle SA provides. Spending time with good friends & family is something I cherish and try to do as often as possible.
