​As Group People Director, I have responsibility for our HR, L&D and Talent teams and for driving organisational capability in support of our strategic objectives. Auxo Group is all about great people, so it is a privilege to be able to lead the People function and to work towards ensuring that all of our people have the opportunity to realise their aspirations and their full potential.

Auxo Group has grown rapidly over the past few years and the engagement, drive and capability of our people will enable us to grow even further in the future. The support that the People function provides to the business can therefore be a critical enabler to our continued success in terms of attracting, onboarding, developing and retaining top talent, and this is what motivates me every day.

I have many years of experience in senior People/HR leadership roles in some large international businesses and I have always been driven to develop talent within those organisations. Auxo Group offers fantastic opportunities for people to develop their career and I will continue to work every day with my team to ensure that we make that happen.
