​Throughout my career spanning 18 years, I've had the privilege of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. For over 9 years, I've focused on honing my skills in Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Operational Excellence.

In my journey, I've had the opportunity to delve into various aspects of compliance, risk management, audits, legal contract crafting, information security (ISO), and data protection. I've also navigated the intricacies of legislation, including IR35, AWR, and GDPR.

I am genuinely passionate about continuous improvement and have been fortunate to explore project management methodologies like Lean and Kaizen.

Along the way, I've taken on some interesting roles, including an 18-month secondment to a Big 4 firm and a major financial institution. Additionally, I've spent 9 years in 360-degree recruitment, eventually reaching the Director level.
