Dave Bowers

​With over 17 years of experience in recruitment and staffing, I have successfully established operations across four continents, having lived and worked in three: Europe, North America, and Africa.

Throughout my career, I have taken on various roles. Most recently, I spent eight years at Proclinical as Global Managing Director, where I was responsible for the strategic direction and future growth of the business and its service lines globally. This role involved coaching and supporting a team of over 300 individuals worldwide.

My leadership style is straightforward; I encourage everyone I support to think bigger, celebrate wins (however small), and continually embrace a growth mindset.

As Chief Growth Officer and Managing Director of Auxo Commercial and Jenrick Engineering, I am laser focused on driving our growth strategy by expanding into new markets, both internationally and domestically, while enhancing our sales culture at a group level. I firmly believe that Auxo works better together and that we are expertly positioned to provide a diverse range of solutions to our clients and help solve their people challenges globally. 

Outside of work I live in Surrey, am the proudest girl Dad , and am a long-suffering Crawley Town FC season ticket holder!
