- Up to £25,000 per annum
- Role based in Watford, Hertfordshire
Recruitment Resourcer is required for an award winning, well establish leading Construction Recruitment Consultancy based in Watford. You'll be joining a friendly, sociable and successful team of recruiters who strive to place the best talent in the construction market.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm and for this role you will be working as part of the Key Account Management Team as a Resourcer, helping supply staff to well established Key Accounts.
The successful candidate will need to speak fluent Portuguese as one of the main Accounts you will be servicing hire predominantly Portuguese speakers. There are no sales involved in this role.
You do not need to have any recruitment or construction experience although it would be beneficial. The main skills we are looking for is someone who is a hard worker, has a positive attitude, is a strong team player and is loyal and committed.
Not only will you be working with a highly supportive and closeknit team you will also have access to unlimited Learning & Development and mentorship from Trainers in Head Office and full induction and training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Building a talent pool of both Blue Collar skilled and unskilled workers as well as White Collar workers
Gaining full background checks on all qualified workers and getting them fully registered and input on the system
Advertise new roles
Go through applications and shortlist qualified candidates
Match qualified and registered candidates to open opportunities with Key Accounts
Lead generation from candidates to pass onto the sales team
Requirements:
It is essential you speak fluent Portuguese
The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience within Recruitment or Construction but this is not essential.
Previous administration or customer service experience would be essential
A positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills and confident to be able to speak to both candidates and clients over the phone
Hard working and driven to be successful
Be a team player
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
